If you want to create a spreadsheet of prior VELS score with students in their current classes, the current semester's database must be fully set up: Up to step 11 of the step-by-step checklist on page 8 of the Training Notes.

If you prefer to have the spreadsheet with students in the previous semester's classes, ensure the previous database is selected; look in the bottom right hand corner of Central Reporting System and use Database Utilities to select the appropriate database as required.
