The Undo/Redo feature of Assessment Writer works on a "per entry" basis, and does not cater for undoing part of a comment. If Undo (CTRL + Z) is pressed when using Comment Tutor or in Whole Class/Single Student View, the entire comment is removed and cannot be recovered with Redo (CTRL + Y). For the "Redo" feature to work, the OK button must be pressed in Comment Tutor or a comment completed (and the cursor moved to the next field) in Whole Class/Single Student View.

For this reason, we do not recommend using CTRL + Z when using Comment Tutor, as you may lose data.
