The most common reason for this error is either because:

a) The teacher's class files have been copied after they have been downloaded, or

b) The teacher's class files have already been downloaded to another location.

To resolve the problem, the Report Coordinator must clear the update flag so that the teacher can download/update the class files again.

How to clear the update flag

  • In the Central Reporting System, click on File -> Export -> Class Files.
  • Highlight the teacher's name -> Click on the "Clear Update Flag" button -> OK.
  • The teacher should then be able to successfully download his/her class files.
