Quick Vic Reporting is a powerful program designed for reporting to VELS and AusVELS specifications for primary and secondary schools.
As of 2017, schools will need to produce reports which comply with the new Victorian Curriculum. 2016 is considered a transition year in which schools may report to AusVELS, Victorian Curriculum or a combination of both. Upgrade to Accelerus Light to start using Victorian Curriculum this year!
Quick Vic Reporting uses a modular approach, being made up of separate components, accessed by different users. Ease-of-use is an important consideration in this, as is the need for flexibility. This approach means teachers need only access their own class files and work on entering their student assessments at school or at home, and the integrity of the database is preserved by restricting access to the Report Coordinator and technical personnel.
The components of Quick Vic Reporting, their primary functions, and the interaction between them is displayed below.
